Standard support is available Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Critical incidents can be handled outside those hours where the customer has an appropriate managed support arrangement.

Service requests, non-urgent faults and configuration queries are triaged during UK business hours under the agreed support process.

What infrastructure can DC Core manage?

DC Core can support hosted workloads, servers, remote sites and network-connected systems. The exact managed components, access paths, monitoring coverage and maintenance responsibilities are defined for each environment.

How does DC Core prioritise patching?

Patching is prioritised according to risk and operational impact. Critical security updates associated with active known exploited vulnerabilities are prioritised, while routine operating-system, dependency and platform updates are applied through planned maintenance or controlled deployment windows.

Does managed infrastructure include 24-hour support?

Standard support is Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Critical incident handling outside those hours is available where it is included in a managed support arrangement.

Can DC Core manage infrastructure hosted by another provider?

We can add approved agents, connectivity, monitoring or agreed management around customer-owned and third-party environments. Controls such as physical security, hypervisor operation or host patching remain with the current operator unless DC Core has explicitly taken responsibility for them.

Will DC Core monitor my application-specific workflows?

Not by default. DC Core monitors platform services, managed infrastructure and relevant availability or security signals. Monitoring and response for customer-owned business logic or application workflows remains with the customer unless it is specifically included.
