Predictable monthly packages.

All prices below are the total monthly subscription for the package, excluding VAT. The same package price applies even when you use fewer than its included devices.

Exactly 100 devices are covered by Scale at £249/month. For 101 or more, contact us for a quote.

How your plan and device count work.

What counts as a device?

Each separately enrolled physical host or virtual machine counts as one device. For example, an enrolled server and two separately enrolled VMs use three device places. Adding authorised users does not increase your plan price.

What happens when I grow?

When your device count exceeds your package capacity, you need a larger plan. Six devices need Team at £29/month; eleven need Business at £69/month; twenty-six need Business+ at £129/month; fifty-one need Scale at £249/month. These are total package prices, excluding VAT.

Contact us before exceeding your limit so we can confirm the new plan, price and billing timing. If a migration temporarily needs extra device places, discuss the overlap with us first.

What will I pay at signup?

The signup form requests access. We confirm your package, price, activation and billing timing before you start. Your total bill is your monthly package plus any separately agreed chargeable usage or services, with VAT added where applicable.

Does Central include someone managing my systems?

Central is software for your team or existing provider to operate. Maintenance, monitoring response and incident handling for your infrastructure are separately scoped managed services. Contact us for help with Central access or setup.

Managing devices for several customers?

Service providers should contact us to agree how capacity will cover their customer organisations before deployment.

What is included, and when does usage cost more?

Normal monitoring, administration and interactive remote access are included in standard Central connectivity. High-volume continuous transfer, large-scale replication, dedicated capacity or specialist connectivity may require separate pricing, agreed for that requirement. Backup consumption, storage, cloud resources and managed work are charged separately.

Connection modes are not separate software licences. If your requirement involves continuous bulk transfers, replication or dedicated networking, discuss it before deployment so the scope and charges are clear.
